Huawei has launched the Honor 5X Smartphone in China. The smartphone promises its customers great hardware and camera features.
DISPLAY AND BATTERY
The honor 5X adopts a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) resolution IPS display .The Honor 5X has dimensions 151.3×76.3×8.15mm and weighs 158 grams, The new Huawei Honor 5X is comes dressed in Metal. Customers will have the option to choose between Silver and Gold shades. The Honor 5X I stays alive with a 3000mAh battery. This battery is credted to last up to 1.46 days of regular usage time and up to 1.01 days of heavy usage time. The battery is backed by Quick Charge 3.0 technology which enables you to charge up to 50 percent battery in just 30 minutes.
PRICING & AVAILABILITY
The 2GB RAM variant is priced at priced at CNY 999 (roughly Rs. 10,200) and the 3GB RAM one will cost CNY 1,399 (roughly Rs. 14,300). The company has not revealed any details regarding the global availability of the smartphone.
HARWARE AND SOFTWARE
The Honor 5X handset works on the well renowned Android 5.1 Lollipop and sports EMUI 3.1 skin on top for better functionality. It is driven by a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 SoC (four Cortex-A53 cores at 1.7GHz + four Cortex-A53 cores at 1.2GHz) along with Adreno 405 GPU to ensure seamless performance.The Honor 5X smartphone is being offered in two RAM variants – 2GB RAM and 3GB RAM. The 16GB inbuilt storage on the Honor 5X can be used to store your files . The storage can be expanded upto 128GB via MicroSD card.
CAMERA AND CONNECTIVITY
The rear camera is 13-megapixel one with dual-LED flash, 28mm wide-angle lens, 5P lens, f/2.0 aperture, and Blue Glass IR filter. Additionally, you will get a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter with f/2.2 aperture, Blue Glass filter,22mm wide-angle, 4P Lens. The handset is available in Single SIM and Dual SIM variants. The Dual SIM variant has slots to accommodate Micro-SIM and Nano-SIM . The connectivity features include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and 4G LTE (FDD and TDD) Bluetooth 4.1, GPS ,A-GPS and USB 2.0.
SPECIAL FEATURES
The smartphone comes with a fingerprint sensor with the company’s latest ‘Fingerprint 2.0’ technology. You can use this to unlock your smartphone in just 0.5 seconds. The sensor lies on the rear panel below the camera.
